Wenqi(pronounced when-chee) is a rising junior studying civil engineering with a focus in urban infrastructure. She also studies film and photography in the department of Visual and Dramatic Arts. This Fall she is working in the Sustainability Office to develop a new Rice Environmental Studies website, summarizing course information, contacting alumni and creating site graphics. She is interested in urban planning and hopes to use the knowledge she gains in school to help make cities more enjoyable and sustainable for all their inhabitants. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the city with her camera and taking classes at dance studios in Houston.
